Like Daddy...Like Daughter

Today, we were all sitting around the table eating grapes for dessert. Daddy comments, "These grapes are crappy!" "Crappy!" I clearly mimic. Mommy and Daddy start laughing. I like words that make my parents laugh. =)) Mommy and Daddy have been talking a lot slower and often skip words when they speak now. I don't know what is wrong with them???

5 Signs that it is Christmas Around Here!

Christmas has been such a fun and busy time this year. I am really slacking with this blogging thing. But Christmas is definitely alive around here! 1. There are Walks through Bethlehem around town and I get to hug on all the animals!

2. There are lights everywhere...including my favorite the Trail of Lights Christmas Tree.

Riding in the front seat (oh so special) with Papa through Tyler Tx "Santa Land"!!

3. Playing an angel in the annual Baby Jesus Party with my family.

4. Spending some goofy time with cousins at the Houston Children's Museum.
(This is such a FUN Children's Museum... Highly recommend it!)

5. And of course my parents trying to get me take a picture with this crazy old man dressed oh so silly. This is really starting to get on my nerves!!

My Christmas Traditions

Miss Paisley's mommy has asked her friends to share Christmas traditions if they wanted too. So I thought I would share a few of mine. (Some that I already do and some that I plan to start soon.) The Perfect Pick

I know I have been slacking lately with my blog...but I will try to catch you up on all my fun-filled days.

I am LOVING this holiday called Christmas. I think it is my favorite holiday thus far. I just love all the lights, snowmen, holiday books and presents..yes presents...already.

Tonight my mommy and daddy went to Papa Noel to pick out our Christmas tree. (My parents think they have the best trees next to cutting one down at a tree farm..maybe in a few years)

My eyes literally lit up like one when I saw all the trees. They smell soooo good.

I loved this one since they had decorated it with some lights.

I LOVE this family tradition!!!

Guess what? We found the perfect tree!!

I will post a picture when it is finally decorated.

My Mommies Top 5 Obsessions

I'm always up for a challenge. Some of my friends have challenged my mommy to name her top 5 obsessions. I, of course, didn't want to be left out...after all this is MY blog...about ME. So here is my Mommy's and My Top Obsessions.

1. Blogging about me and reading blogs about all my friends and their mommies.

2. Playing with and reading to me of course.

3. Laser Hair Removal...My mommy is addicted and says it is sooooo...worth it. She's going to start her legs next. She won't tell me what she has done so far....hmmmmm??

4. Jogging around Brushy Creek with me...it is so beautiful this time of the year.

5. Eating Starbursts and drinking Land O Lakes French Vanilla Coco with Marshmellows on top...which is why she has running as her previous obsession.

My Top 5 Obsessions

1. Walking around in Mommy and Daddy's shoes.

2. Bringing lotion to my mommy and daddy and saying, "feet?" They always rub them.

3. Asking my Mommy and Daddy to read to me book after book after book. I wear them out!!!!

4. Bouncing on the trampoline

5. Playing PeeBoo (peek-a-boo) with mommy and daddy...I hide behind shower curtains, in cabinets, undertables ect...

I am now finished with MY Top 18 Changes at 18 months!!!

Yeah! I am finally 18 months old!!! Don't people start voting at this age??? I definitely lived a simplier life way back in '07 .... Their was no spinach, time outs, more sleep, less questioning, less boo boos. Those were the days!!

But, I most certainly enjoy these days better... the days of maturity and asserting my independence. To celebrate my special landmark birthday, I decided to take a minute and reflect on how much I have matured since my younger days...
