Ella's First Laugh!!

This morning, my sister, Ella woke up and was so happy. She laughed and laughed and laughed! It was so cute to see that big grin accompanied with that precious baby laugh. If everyone could start their morning by hearing my sister's laugh, the world would be so much happier for sure!! :-)

It has taken awhile to capture Ella's laugh on video. As soon as we hold up a camera, she looses her focus. This video is the best we could do for now at 3 months. Hopefully, I will catch a better one later.

My First Sleepover

I earned my very first sleepover since I have been such a good girl. One of my best, neighbor buds, Lauren, came over for what I call a "pajama party."






I love Lauren!






Watching the Barbie movie we chose while enjoying yummy popcorn.







Silly Lauren didn't quite make it to her bed. Don't worry. We didn't let her sleep on the floor.

Making Rooms

So with a new addition to the Hobbs' home recently, meant I got promoted to a new big girl room. I gave my old room to Ella. What a nice thing to do, don't you agree?

Okay so she got my old rocking chair. But, it is still the most comfortable seat in the house!





Her room is very nice and relaxing. Perfect for Ella!

St. Patrick's Day 2011

I LOVE holidays! I am always asking Mama what holiday comes next. I don't know if St Patrick's Day is really a holiday, but it sure is fun playing dress up.... even in my least favorite color, green!





First thing this morning, I threw together this green, festive outfit. I found my green feather boa, tutu, fairy wings, necklaces and even hair clips. Who knew I had that much green??

No pinching me!!





I even helped Mommy pick out Ella's green outfit.














Of course, we had to make green cookies with green sprinkles.














The only time of the year that I like green fingernails!
Tomorrow it is back to pink!!!

Fancy Hannah's Hairdo!

One night, my daddy got this idea to fix my hair really fancy. I was all about a fancy hairdo. After all, I love the book Fancy Nancy. Also, every princess I know has fancy hair.

After my bath that night, my Mommy and Daddy twirled my hair and wrapped it into tiny buns all over my head.

Here I am thinking of what my hair will look like when I wake up the next morning.
I was so excited to have beautiful princess hair. I could hardly sleep.

Voila!!!
I think the picture says it all, don't ya think?
Needless to say, I made my daddy wash my hair before going to school that morning.
A Princess has to do what a princess has to do.

Valentines Day 2011

This Valentine's Day was so fun!!

I started the day making Daddy a V-day card.

Mommy made me a heart-shaped peanut and jelly sandwich with heart-shaped strawberries.
My favorites!!!
I heart my Mommy!!
Later I made heart-shaped cookies, but Mommy didn't take pics.

Then, when Daddy got home from work, Mommy brought out Ella and my Valentine's
Day baskets.

I got lots of goodies inside my basket.

And well, Ella got...
herself in her basket.

Christmas 2010

This Christmas, I got all my favorite things in my favorite color!

PINK!!!!

One of my favorites were these fluffy house slippers that my Aunt Laurie bought me.
Okay, so she got them on sale for $4.00 at ROSS and they were too small.
But, that's my Aunt Laurie, and I love her!

Santa brought me a PINK Guitar!!
Uncle Moises also received a guitar!
Just between you and me, I think he got jipped since his was not pink!
Here we are playing our first gig together!

Nothing beats getting a pink princess bike for Christmas
except.......

Getting a little sister for Christmas!!
She was truly my best Christmas present.

Even though she is not pink,
I love her more than anything!
