The White Crayon is Broken!

The other day when I was coloring on white paper,
I decided to use the white crayon.
"This crayon's broken!" I exclaimed to Mommy.
Immediately after, I picked up the yellow crayon and stated,
"It's fixed!"

Happy Birthday Papa!!

My Nana and Papa came to visit me this past weekend.
And I can't tell you how much I love seeing them!
Whenever they are around, I pretty much laugh and smile the
WHOLE
Time!!
I especially love Nana to rub lotion on my hands and feet and spritz me with her perfume!
Today is Papa's birthday, so we celebrated early with them when they came down!

I loved helping Papa blow out the candles.
Actually it was more like a group effort!

Grandparents are simply the best!!

Farewell Summer Water Fun

As Fall approaches, and the oh-so-hot weather comes to an end,
I can't help but look back at all the fun I had this summer with good, old, refreshing
Water!

I spent a lot of time this summer at BK's Place on the Guadalupe River in New Braunsfels.
I tubed, played in the chute, and of course swam naked.
Little did I know this was a tradition in my family. My mom has a picture of herself swimming
naked at BK's Place at my age too. I won't subject you to that picture though.

We spent one hot, summer afternoon swimming in Hamilton's Pool!
It was so beautiful there. I loved swimming, but I also enjoyed the challenging hike to get there.
I loved all the pool parties this summer..especially those with special guest appearances
like my pal, Elmo!

My Aunt Laurie decided to wash her car before she sold it. Good idea Aunt Laurie!!
So, I thought it would be a great idea to wash my car too.

So much for wearing a dress near water.

My 1st Day of Dance Class!

Today was my 1st day of dance class at Austin Dance Company.
I loved getting to wear my pretty pink leotard and ballet shoes.
It was extra special because now that I am the big 2, I get to participate in classes by myself without my mommy assisting me. But, I was never worried. I knew my great friends, Mia, Charlotte, Paisley and Ava would be there to join me in the fun.
I had so much fun dancing, hopping, and twirling wands. I know my mom loved seeing me act so grown up.
I can't wait to go again next week.
So Fun!!
