I Love You Mommy!

This week at almost 27 months, I decided to say the nicest thing possible to my Mommy.
My Mommy was cooking her yummy chicken noodle soup. And everyone knows, food is the key to my heart. This moved me to hug her around the leg and say ever so sweetly, "I Love You Mommy!"
It was the 1st time I have ever said these words so naturally and unsolicited!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Well it is official!
My Mommy is another year older.
How old??? You may wonder?
Let's just say she is exactly 30 years older than me!
That sure is a lot of numbers!
It takes me at least a minute to count THAT HIGH!

Cake Time!
Let's get this show on the road!

My Make-Believe Friends

About a month ago, 2 new friends moved into my life.
Their names are Ju Ju and Doe Doe.
They are such good friends.
I play with them throughout the day, talk to them, and share my toys and food with them. But, the sad part is nobody else can see them.
I have told my parents all about them. Doe Doe is a boy with brown hair.
And Ju Ju is a girl with brown skin.
I will ask my mom to change Doe Doe's diaper or put pony tails in Ju Ju's hair.
When I am playing with my toys, I will exclaim, "It's Jew Jew's turn."
Sometimes, Ju Ju or Doe Doe even have to go to Time-Out!
When my parents ask me to get them, they are usually busy sleeping, playing outside, or in another room like the kitchen.
But, they are always there when I need them.
Maybe one day, my parents will give me a brother or sister to play with.
I know Jew Jew and Doe Doe would just love a sibling.
Have you ever had an imaginary friend(s)?

Happy Late 4th of July!

Since my computer was not working on the 4th, I am still playing catch up.
Here are some pics from our 4th of July.
This year, I enjoyed my 1st parade.

Waiting for the parade to start with Aunt Laurie, Raul, Daddy and Mommy. (Taking the pic)

Watching the parade

Enjoying my lollipop and sporting my patriotic beads.

And we all know what horses mean...
The end.

Hope your 4th was as sweet as mine!

My 1st Safari!

On the way to Longview for my cousin's wedding, we stopped in Tyler and went on a Safari!
It was beyond cool getting to feed and see all the animals up close!!

Looking at some moose

The moose decided to eat right out of my cousin, Georgia's cup!

I loved seeing the Kangaroo!
Did you know they can stand on their tail! Wow!

Getting ready to toss some food to the kangaroo.

Uncle Dennis and Aunt Hillary getting ready to feed the catfish.
Do you like our cool camouflaged van?

Look at the alligator!

I loved seeing the zebra as well!

Getting ready to feed the zebra.

I saw so many exotic animals for the 1st time
like Emu

Buffalo

Llamas

Camels

really big, hungry Catfish

Here I am feeding the Catfish with Georgia.

African Longhorns

We saw so many exotic animals, I don't even remember all the names of them.

If you are ever in Tyler, Texas, I recommend swinging by and going on a safari.
It will definitely be a fun time.

My Job as a Flower Girl!

This June, at the young age of 2, I was honored to be a Flower Girl for my cousin, Athena's wedding.
The pictures turned out a little blurry, and then our camera died.
But, here are a few pictures of the special day.

I was so excited to walk down the aisle holding my cousin, Georgia's hand!!

Look at all the people!!

Smiling away!
I couldn't have made everyone, including myself, more proud!

The beautiful bride!

Athena and Alex, I wish you a lifetime of happiness together!

Just Hanging Out! (The above wonderful pictures were taken by my dear friend and photographer, Dana Bone.)
